How to Make a Pet Care Appointment with Us
Booking an appointment with us is easy and straightforward, whether you prefer to request a time through our mobile app or give us a call. We've made it as simple as possible, so you can focus on your pet's health without any added stress.
Mobile App Appointment Requests
For your convenience, you can request an appointment anytime through our mobile app. Simply choose your preferred date and time, and our team will review your request and send a confirmation once your appointment has been scheduled.

Finding Our Clinic
Our clinic's address is 223 Taylor Ave N. Suite 201. Seattle, WA 98109, but the entrance is located on John Street, between Taylor Ave N and 5th Ave N. If you're using GPS, please note that you will need to access the clinic from John Street.
Parking & Building Access
Finding parking is easy once you know where to look. On the day of your appointment, we'll send you a PIN code by email, text, or through the app — this is what gets you into our on-site parking garage.
Enter the garage from the alley between Taylor Ave N and 5th Ave N, at the north end of the building (marked with orange and blue). Enter your PIN at the keypad, head down the ramp, turn left, and park in any space marked "Retail" or "Valet."
From your parking spot, look for the orange doors marked "North P1." Enter your PIN again and take the elevator up to the first floor. Exit and turn right onto John Street — our entrance will be right there on your right.
